Additionally, the placement criteria of candidates is decided based on the camp leader candidates’ own choice as mentioned in the application form. Also on the performance during the TCL 2018 and eventually, during the final interview in the training.
Furthermore, our experienced camp leaders will be also deployed as camp leaders this summer voluntarily, based on their availability and interest of place and theme field.
