NVDA Special Work Camp
NVDA Special Work Camp is organized by NVDA member and participated by volunteers sent by NVDA members only. Hosted by IVP Australia, the host partners with one local organization name the Goulburn Agricultural, Pastoral and Horticultural Society that began in 1880. In addition, they hold the Goulburn Show each year, showcasing the very best of industry, produce and agricultural pursuits in the region. Also, Goulburn Show is one of the largest community events in the region. Volunteers will work behind the scene helping to put the Goulburn Show together, setting up for the show and packing away afterwards. Volunteers will have free tickets to the show and will learn about agricultural issues, in particular wool growing which has been important throughout the history of Goulburn and Australia.

What is NVDA?
Network for Voluntary Development in Asia (NVDA) is an international networking Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) to promote international voluntary service especially international work camps in Asia and Pacific in which GREAT is full member of it. More about NVDA here.

Expected tasks of the Co-Camp Leader:
1. To run the project well together with the leader of IVP and others
2. To organize common actions of NVDA, such as creating Local SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals), during the project.
3. To communicate well with NVDA, IVP and its leader, other participants before/ after the project for preparation/ follow up.
4. To make both reports for the internal evaluation and the external presentation which format will be guided by NVDA later
Qualifications as Co-Camp Leader:
1. Active GREAT member with experience as a camp leader (once or more), Peer Volunteer (twice or more) or Indonesian Coach (four times or more)
2. Good English is a MUST!!!
3. Strong Motivation and responsibility to be a Co Camp Leader
4. Preferably knowledge and experience about NVDA’s common actions
5. Holding valid Indonesian passport, not less than 6 months before expiry date by 7th March 2018.
Conditions for Co-Camp Leader (Outgoing Non Regular):
1. 0%- 50% of the international travel costs can be reimbursed by the Hosting Organization. The full amount of reimbursement depends on the number of recruited volunteers.
2. Inscription Fee IDR 500.000 to be paid to GREAT upon approval of selection
3. Guarantee Fee IDR 1.000.000 to be paid to GREAT upon approval of selection. This amount of money will be returned to the volunteer after the project finish and volunteer complete the report to GREAT.
4. No participation fee
5. Local transport, visa, insurance and other expenses are not
6. Confirm in the application form if you want to use your stars of GREAT Journey

Qualifications:
1. GREAT Member/ Non Member
2. Good English is a MUST!!
3. Strong Motivation
4, Holding valid Indonesian passport, not less than 6 months before expiry date by 7th March 2018.
Conditions:
1. International flight , local transport, visa, insurance are not funded.
2. Participant Fee 120 AUD or Rp 1.250.000 (rate on 29 Nov 2017) paid on arrival in Australia.
3. Inscription Fee IDR 500.000 to be paid to GREAT upon approval of selection.
4. Guarantee Fee IDR 1.000.000 to be paid to GREAT upon approval of selection .This amount of money will be returned to the volunteer after the project finished and complete the report to GREAT.
5. Local transport, visa, insurance and other expenses are not covered.
