GREAT is calling a PREPARATION TEAM to support SANGIRAN WORKSHOP EVENT

“AWARENESS RAISING WORKSHOP FOR PROMOTING COMMUNITY-BASED CONSERVATION OF SANGIRAN EARLY MAN SITE”
OVERVIEW
Under the framework of UNESCO Regular Programme aimed to promote the conservation and management of the world heritage site of Sangiran Early Man Site in Central Java, UNESCO Office Jakarta is planning to hold a workshop entitled “Awareness Raising Workshop for Promoting Community-based Conservation of Sangiran Early Man Site”, scheduled to take place from 9 to 10 May 2017 in the Conservation Office of Sangiran Early Man Site (Balai Pelestarian Situs Manusia Purba/BPSMP Sangiran) in Central Java.
In this regards, in collaboration with GREAT, UNESCO Office Jakarta is seeking 1 Preparation team Coordinator and 2 Preparation team to organize the workshop.
Preparation team (Prep-team) is part of the committee who is responsible to run the program successfully. Prep-team is mainly in charge for the preparation of the whole program (pre, during, and post of the event), including food and beverages, logistic, and transportation.
PROFILE
- GREAT member
- Experienced as Prep-Team in International event held by GREAT
- Have a high motivation
- Experienced as Prep-Team in NVDA General Assembly 2017 is preferable
- Domicile nearby Sangiran-Solo is preferable
- Could fully join a Prep-Team on 8 – 11 May 2017 in Sangiran, Solo
POSITION OFFERED
- 1 person as Coordinator Prep-Team; In charge of coordination between prep-team (food and beverages, logistic, and transportation) in pre, during, and after the event. In addition, responsible to make report after the event held.
- 2 persons as Preparation Team; Responsible for food and beverages, logistic, and transportation during the event.
CONDITIONS

- Reimbursement transportation is provided from and to Sangiran
- Accommodation and Food are covered during the event
