Background
In 2019, GREAT has successfully organized more than 20 international and bilateral work camps in the summer and spring seasons. Final Evaluation of Work Camps is the evaluation that GREAT conducts following the completion of all work camps. Also, the event will be attended by all camp leaders who has led work camps in 2019. In fact, camp leaders play important role in the work camp, therefore they are obliged to be present the Final Evaluation.
Aims
To improve and develop the quality of work camps and GREAT Camp Leaders through:
1. Evaluating the work camps activity (pre, during, and after)
2. Identifying the problems faced by camp leaders, staff and local partners during work camp
3. Identifying any lessons learned gained in the work camp
4. Creating any tools that can contribute for the next work camp
5. Improving the infosheet
Objectives
1. To find out the quality of work camp activity.
2. To know more camp leader ability to lead a work camp.
3. To assess camp leader understanding about work camp contents.
4. To prepare the camp leader for upcoming work camps and improve their skills.
Expected Outcome
1. Recommendations to improve the quality of the work camp.
2. Camp leader comprehends about the work camp contents.
3. Camp leader are able to develop their own skills.
4. Camp leader learns from each other how to solve problems in work camp.

Final Evaluation Condition
→ GREAT will cover meal/snacks and materials during evaluation sessions.
→ GREAT can provide transportation reimbursement.
→ If not yet completed, camp leaders must bring all documents to complete the reports (financial and media documentation) – please consult and check with the responsible staffs for your reports status.
