DESCRIPTION:Project Duration: 22ndSeptember – 5thOctober 2017\nProject Location: Semarang\, Indonesia\nApplication Deadline: 11th August 2017\n \nGREAT is calling 1 volunteer as a Preparation Team (PrepTeam) to support STAGED!: 2nd INTERNATIONAL TRAINING COURSE – on Project Management. More about what we will conduct here. \nTime\nVenue   : Griya Paseban Semarang\, Indonesia\nAddress: Jl. Dr. Ismangil\, Bongsari\, Semarang Barat\, Kota Semarang\, Jawa Tengah 50148\nDate of training + final preparation: 22ndSeptember – 5th October 2017 \nPrepTeam Tasks \nA. Before training: to prepare training materials\, transportation arrangement\, menu arrangement\, and possible leisure’s information for international participants and trainer. \nB. During the training: \n1. To manage the arrivals & departure of trainers and participant\n2. To assist the trainers in managing the training materials and possible change of arrangement in logistic level.\n3. To maintain daily arrangement of venue\, local transport and menu of the training \nC. After training: to support GREAT in the report making. \nRequirements \n1. GREAT members\n2. Available fully + final preparation of the training: 22nd September – 5th October 2017\n3. Available part time for preparation and post training: 16th – 21st September and 5th – 14th October 2017\n4. Age: 18+\n5. Interested in: human rights and gender issues\, non formal education for youth\, and intercultural exchange\n6. Preferable: experienced in becoming preparation team of GREAT training/events in Indonesia/ abroad or leading workcamp or peer volunteering or activists of GO Cities or member of GREAT Trainer or alumni of ITC 1st STAGED Vietnam.\n7. Fluent in spoken and written English is preferable \nHow to Apply \n1. Fill the prepteam application form\, download here.\n2. Send it to panitia.great@gmail.com no later than Friday\, 11thAugust at 14.00 WIB (West Indonesian Time Zone).\n3. Please be noted that only shortlisted candidate will be contacted for further interview. \n Term of conditions \n1. The activity will be conducted entirely in English.\n2. No participation fee.\n3. Supporting in making a report of ITC participation with GREAT.\n4. Pay Guarantee fee IDR 250.000.\nOnce you receive the acceptance email\, you will be informed on how to make the payment. The payment deadline is 3 days after the acceptance date. This amount of money will be given back to you when you have supported the ITC both part time during preparation and post training AND fully during the training as mentioned above in the requirements. \nWhat ITC Program covers: \n1. Meals\, accommodation and local transport during the training.\n2. Experience in working with international trainers team.\n3. Preparation team certificate. \nWhat ITC Program does NOT cover: \n1.
